Part of still being church is continuing to have to pay bills and wages! Many of you already have your regular giving to the church organised by standing order.  However, if this is not already your practice here are some methods of giving for you to consider.

Standing Order

For most people, this is the easiest and most convenient way of giving a regular amount to the church. You will find a link below, that will open a copy of a standing order form. Please complete this and send it to your bank. Once it is set up, the amount and frequency can be easily amended by contacting your bank.

Online Banking

If you bank online, you can set-up a standing order from home without having to use the form below. You can also, at any time, transfer a gift to the church via online banking.

Text Giving

We have recently set-up a text giving facility and full details can be found by clicking on the relevant link below. The maximum donation you can make by text is £20.

Mission of the Month

Most giving to the church goes into the General Fund. It is from this fund that church costs are paid. However, if you would like to give regularly to the Mission of the Month you can set up a standing order specifically for this – but please ensure the narrative includes the word MISSION (so that the treasurer can differentiate it from other payments). You can also make one-off gifts to a particular Mission of the Month via online banking or text giving. Again, to ensure that your gift is properly allocated, please include the word MISSION.

Gift Aid

Finally, there is also a link below to download a Gift Aid form. This can be completed and posted into the church office. If you are a tax payer, then (at no expense to you) Gift Aid adds 25% to the value of your giving. Gift Aid is a significant part of the church’s income.
